1987 - Balasore Chemicals incorporated, initially produced only Lead Chrome pigments – Middle Chrome, Lemon Chrome, Primrose Chrome, Scarlet Chrome and Zinc Chromes.

1990 - After achieving pole position in the field of Chromes in Eastern India, diversified into manufacture of Metallic Soaps / Stearates of Calcium, Aluminium, Zinc, Barium, Cadmium, Copper,  etc.

1992 - With tremendous encouragement from our customers, and their quest for good quality products at reliable prices, they compelled us to start the manufacture of conventional Lead based PVC Stabilisers as well, like TBLS, DBLS, LS, CS, DBLP, DBLPh, etc. These additives are known as “heat stabilizers” as they impart thermal stability and prevent degradation of PVC polymer not only in processing but also during its service life.

2004 - Having gained customer satisfaction for twelve years in the line of PVC stabilisers as well, Balasore Chemicals further expanded and ventured into the field of Lead Based One Pack Heat Stabilisers.

2010 - Another milestone was reached when the company set up a new plant and started manufacture of Antimony & Tin based One Pack stabilisers.

2012 - Further expansion and a complete overhaul of technology led to production of Calcium-Zinc stabilisers. Further expansion is aimed in this direction.
